Collective is offered as a traditional installed system but most customers opt for a fully-hosted solution. Bartec Systems take care of all the IT issues associated with database management, security and connectivity, leaving you with a single point for all support and minimising the workload for stretched IT departments.

Our data centre is based in a highly secure location that is under constant surveillance, with 24/7 CCTV, state of the art monitoring systems and onsite security guards meaning your system has comprehensive protection against external threats including fire, theft, flooding, vandalism and natural disaster.

The Collective data centre is accredited to EN1047 and is compliant with TIA-942, Tier 4.

The Collective server infrastructure is virtualised and duplicated with automatic failover and recovery facilities. Secondary facilities are available to support formal disaster recovery processes.
